I am a new customer i set the router up yesterday and it's been flashing orange i rung there "tech" support and was told my fiber has been activated but have to wait till 11:59pm last night woke up this morning and still flashing orange so I am going to lose 2 days pay from not being able to work

Have you tried restarting your router.
If not you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?

It's the fiber 500 and I have the smart hub i have no extenders
