By "installed" do you mean someone came in & did some work?  Have you yet got a msg from EE that it is up & running? Not until then. It could be anytime up ti midnight.

Which router do you have?

Is it plugged into the ONT?

What lites are on the ONT?

Have you spoken to the Broadband care team?

It’s white with a circle in the middle smart router. I don’t know what ONT means and yes I have spoken to broadband team

What is the router plugged into?

What did the care team say?

A white box with 3 green lights. They said it should go aqua within 24 hours but it’s working fine with green light

Hi @Hezzadot

Thanks for coming here.

Are you able to connect to the router and access the internet?
