Router flashing

My router keeps flashing yellow for a few minutes, then goes solid aqua, then back to flashing yellow. 

does anyone know why this is happening and how do I fix it?

Which router do you have? 

Do you loose connection when this router lights change colour?

@Ben335 - normally indicates a temporary loss of broadband signal i.e. the link between you and the green cabinet.

Here might be a good place to start.
