Router flashing purple

I changed from BT to EE back around April 2025. Which has been working fine, but now my internet is working fine, but my BT router is flashing purple. If I reboot my router it goes blue for a few hours and then starts flashing purple again. 

Any ideas? Thanks you.

@sillysod81 Call EE CS tomorrow and have them test your line connection to see if they find anything to start with!
