What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
Has it always done this or just started?
It looks as if it's still trying to get connection to the BB - see Understand what the lights mean for your hub
Check your WAN cable into the router or try exchanging it.
