Returned EE old kit already and have a proof but still asking to send back

Hi Dear I have returned Old EE kit but keep receiving emails money will be deducted for not sending. I have a proof of Royal Mail send  receipt.

@Khushal   if there is a contact number on those emails you could all that or the normal customer services number and let them know, they should be able to stop the emails. Seems it can take a little while for the warehouse to catch up with the returns.

I’ve just sent some BT equipment back and it can take up to three weeks before they acknowledge receipt. Even then it’s hit and miss whether it gets lost in the system.

@Khushal The e-mails will stop the instant EE confirm that they have it all back, did you track the RM package? If not do as @Mustrum has pointed out with your tracking receipt that you have.
