Hi
iv just moved from BT broadband to EE and was told I do not have to send my kit back as I haven’t been sent a new box. But I keep getting emails and texts and a bag posted to return my kit!!!!! If I return my kit I won’t have any broadband. Please advise as I don’t want to be charged for not sending it back ?

@Shush83 Best just to call EE CS 3rd onwards and have someone look at your account and sort it out, may just be generic e-mails etc but as you say not worth taking the chance, if you do not want to call, then HELP above, find complaints and fill in the online form, only other method of getting something done.
No one has account access, public forum and knows not who you are etc.
