Hello, we changed he broadband from BT to EE, in November. I said we are going to be away for 4 months, so, we aren't able to send back the kit till end of march 2024. I have been trying to contact whit you many times but I couldn't. As I told to you specifically before I made change the contract, I don't understand why EE sent txt for the exBT kit and want to charge for this. As son I arrive I am going to send the kit back. Thankfully
