Relocating Full Fibre entry point

Hi. I have EE full fibre which currently enters the property at ground level. I am about to have some work done to the house and the contractor has asked for me to arrange for the box to be moved to another location. I have looked at Open Reach but can’t see how I can request someone to come and do this. Work is due to start in 10 days. Can anyone advise on how I get this done quickly?

@Lard  You need to call customer support to request this.

There will be a charge for this to be done and you might not get an engineer within 10 days.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Which box? The exterior 1 or the interior 1 (ONT)?

It is the box on the external wall where the cable comes into the property.

That can be moved anywhere (by OR) horizontally along the line leading to the hole in the wall.

@Lard It's an OR or there contractor to move the said box, still has to be done and organised by EE CS, and 10 day's is pushing it for the request, until you call see what date they give, are you having it all done same day, ie disconnect move and reconnect? And not multiple visit's.
