Registering for Norton Security for 12 months as part of EE Braodband.

I have clicked the 'register and download' (https://uk.norton.com/broadband-ee-nortonsecurity?ts=1706989220&key=319db144b64785e1676b0e05d153bc9d) icon on the EE website to access Norton Security.  The Norton Security website opens briefly and then redirects back to the EE website (https://broadband.ee.co.uk/norton-security).

I am unable to register the Norton Security software.  Can anyone assist?
