Hi
recently we have not had broadband/wifi and smart tv for 18 days because of someone knocking a pole down. Numerous phone calls from myself and others in the area didn’t seem to rush the repair. I was promised in one of my phone calls that we would be given compensation, does anyone know how I would query this? It takes forever trying to speak to someone when you ring.

@Donna184 You don't query it at all, automatic process is in place once you report the fault to EE.
