Recently upgraded Internet to 1000gb

Had my broadband about 4 months now apparently superfast broadband 1000gb

Literally wish I stayed with just bt as my 65mb Internet downloaded 10x quicker I'm trying to download a game witch should take maximum 20 minutes the timer is now at 8hours and its downloading in kbps not even 1mg...

Can anyone help me?

I also upgraded to the 900Mbps download speed and currently only receive a maximum of 150Mbps.

Ever since moving from BT its been worse and yet more expensive, I can't even check my details as it comes up with an error. It's just overall a terrible experience. 

The only thing i can think of to help is maybe unplug your router for 30s then plug it in for 30s, then use an ethernet and try?

What speed is the router syncing at? Post a pic of the router page with the sync speed visible.

@monitorcurve : Routers don't sync with Full Fibre. It's the ONT modem that does but you can't read it off.
