Hi,I'm not renewing my broadband I'm switching providers when my current contract expires at the weekend this is a courtesy email informing you to close my account when my plan expires on the 30th July 2022. Many Thanks Mrs Cathy

I'm sorry to hear you're thinking of leaving.

 

We can't handle your disconnection request via the community, but most providers will handle the cancellation of your old service for you. If they can't because they operate on a different broadband network, please get in touch with Customer Care.

@Markjohn69 : The switching provider form is for porting mobile nos. not for migrating BB.

 

If you are migrating your BB to another ISP, except Virgin Media, you apply to them directly & they'll take care of everything bar your final bill.
