Hi Sean. I was moved from BT to EE last year. Sine then we to have had phone problems I refused their mobile package and went with Tesco. but the land line is EE and we get the same issues you spoke about. I have complained twice now and nothing alters.
It is so frustrating and causing me difficulties, my email keeps locking me out and EE web site don't recognise my email address. If you know a contact number I would be grateful if you could give it to me as it is now affecting my life and sanity.
