hi Chris I’m just wondering why you are changing on the final bill: £202  and the other charge is £5 pounds  

@Tyresemassa2007 : Rather unreadable but as far as I can see you left your contract early. I spot the word "early" near the bottom.

At a guess from the line graph at top, you left about 1/4 way thro' your contract = 6 month x £32.39 = £194.34 less some savings = Early Termination Fee.
