I dial 150 or voicemail and keep getting cut off so cannot access these services

I’m getting the same, can’t contact them on any number!! Think EEs quality control has went down the pan

I have important calls to make and receive and at present it seems I can do neither it it’s not on WhatsApp or Messenger. I have loads of date but EE are more interested in sending me texts to by more while still charging me for what I’m paying for but not receiving
