@Bensan : EE don't offer Social Tariffs for fixed Home BB. You'll need to look at BT, Sky, VM, Voda & others - see Cheaper broadband and phone packages - Ofcom

For mobile BB EE offer EE Basics

Good morning @Bensan

Welcome to the community.

So I can help look into this further could I please confirm that you spoke with a BT agent who passed you to an EE agent to discuss a discounted tariff which would buy you out of your current BT contract?

Speak soon,

Katie
