I just a terrible experience with a racist disrespectful engineer who was rude by all means and even refused to help to have a look at my broadband issue. After waiting a month !!!!! And took a day off work waiting for the second time!!

If the eng. was from Openreach you should complain directly to OR as I want to complain about an Openreach engineer’s conduct
