Problems Connecting TP-Link Deco X10 to EE Home Broadband (DSL)

Hi all,

I have a shiny new EE home broadband hub (DSL) and to overcome a shortfall in my wifi coverage, I have bought the TP-Link Deco X10 wireless mesh system, which covers me down to the bottom of my garden (should).
With my new hub, the Deco system loses connection and I cannot get it to re-connect, whereas my old BT BB router connected without issue.

Has anybody got any ideas as I can't find any adverse compatibility info.
Cheers,
J Fitz

@jafitzp42   which EE router do you have and how are you trying to connect your Deco Mesh system - wired or WiFi?

You could carry on using the BT router.

I have tried using the EE Smart Hub and it's wired.

TBH, that's what I have done, as it works perfectly with the BT Smart Hub 2.

@jafitzp42   just for info the following page has a link to the current EE routers  https://ee.co.uk/help/broadband/getting-started/set-up-guide

Just wondering if you have the Smart Hub 23 or the plus.

Not that it matter, I can't think why your Mesh would not work on either. All I can suggest is a reset and try another LAN port.
