Problem with tranfere to full fibre

We live in a dead spot for mobile and have to use mobile over wifi. We also have an unreliable electricity supply with frequent power outages.  At present this is not a problem as we are still on the old copper system and the landline still works in the event of a power cut. However we will be going over to fibre before the end of this year and in the event of a power cut will have no phone connection.  Does anybody know of a solution to this problem

Yes, if your new mobile supplier supports WiFi Calling, as they probably do, then it'll still work over EE BB.
