I have just been sent a new router and now my HP printer will not work. (combined band problem)!!!

I have tried several things to no avail, I have since seen that there are known problems ,

having tried to call and get someone to call back seems impossible.

Any help would be appreciated, especially a call back from EE

@MD1955 : That's not a mobile BB router.

So moved to Home BB.

@MD1955 : Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz devices to that.

No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are.

@MD1955 Would also have been helpful if the reason for the replacement was done, if the previous was also a SH31B that you had before, you may just have to use the other mode as the main wi-fi possibly would never work on an older printer which at the best off times are a pain to get working when they don't play ball!
