Poor service and calls never returned when promised

No one will give me a straight answer and conflicting information being passed round to incorrect teams getting no further forward.

This is an all round poor service

All I want is the broadband speeds I was promised.

In the space of 5 months I have had:
14x engineer visits
3 xONTs & 4x routers
Currently service is stable but for how long?

I keep being promised call backs but no-one ever does?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
