Poor Service

Promised by Email and engineers visit free, told on the phone that it would cost me £40, after refusing to pay, I was offered a visit for £20, at which point I finished the call

I feel your pain, never had such bad service when trying to sort a problem. Two hours of my life never to be recovered. Still not sorted
