Good morning,
I've tried to place and order for broadband via a price comparison site over the weekend;
Select the package I want - OK
Credit Check - OK
Direct Debit Guarantee -OK
It flashes something about billing periods then the page refreshes, and displays the following message "We can’t load this right now"
I've spoken to CS who say it may be to do with not being able to honour the price the I have been quoted and quoted a price £10 a month more. The price is on 4 comparison sites so it not one sites pricing error (Uswitch, MSE, Topcashback and Compare the Market)
I have attempted to place the order 4 times in the last 24 hours and it fails at the same spot. Any ideas?

@Leaffy99 Then the comparison web site prices that are just stupid, EE are never going to accept, but keep trying best you can or go elsewhere for a real deal.
EE FF500 £32.99 + £30 sign on fee, Uswitch £24.99 + £30 as well, never going to happen. £100 gift card and up to £200 early exit fees paid if all compliance is fully obeyed to the letter....
EE Web site is wrong still showing £300 but that is combined deal BB/TV. £200 for BB only.
