Phone line keeps cutting out

Moved to EE from BT a few months ago.  The service was pretty good until I installed the EE router, since then the home phone line keeps cutting out.  I reboot the router and get a voice message when I try and use the phone.

I’ve raised this with EE several times and so far no fix. Is anyone else struggling to get a fix for this?

@Morlok Which router do you have for the DV? If you search the forum you will see plenty of issues with EE DV service, with BT router, service was pretty good you stated, but did you have some or any issues and you had DV with BT prior to your change? No fixes at present apart from power off to reset most errors go away until they come back.
