Good morning,
I was swapped over to EE broadband from BT after renewing my contract with BT.
When I was talking on the phone with the person who sorted out my upgrade/changeover I remember telling them I had no home phone so needed nothing relating to calls etc.
She assured me that as I had switched to fibre it was an Internet only contract and no phone charges would be present. She also mentioned she had made a note on the account to say that.
My first bill came through last month and seemed fine but my current bill has a £3 charge for a pay per call charge?
Obviously £3 a month isn't a lot but considering I have no home phone and make no calls, what is the best way to go about removing this?
Thank you in advance!

Call CS & tell them to remove it & backdate a refund for you. You agreed when you took it out to have BB only & no Home Phone.

Hi @Confused-01.
Thanks for coming here.
Have you called any premium rate numbers such as 084 or 087?

That’s not going to work that great for a network provider who sell phones and call packages so you can can you guess…….. make phones calls with.
