The EE app is on my iPhone 16E. I can pair the app with my Smart Hub Plus, but have to repeat the pairing process every time I load and use the app. Is this a feature or a bug?

Welcome to the community.
The Smart Hub should stay paired. Please try deleting the app and re-downloading it, or check the app store for updates.
Hopefully, that will help fix this.

@RobMiller Do you see a picture of the Smart Hub Plus in the app when you go to the Broadband section.
If you do I am experiencing the same issue so it looks to be a bug. Except I my case it will not let me repair, so I ignore it and everything else still works as it should in the app
