Hi everyone,
I purchased access to the EE public Wi-Fi service today, but I’ve run into several issues.
I only made one purchase, however I was charged twice (£20 total).
The Wi-Fi initially worked for a few minutes, then disconnected. After that, I could no longer log in because the system kept saying my email/password were incorrect, even though they were definitely correct and had just been created and saved.
I’ve also tried accessing the EE support chat (“Aimee”), but I can’t seem to find or access the live chat option even after downloading the app and logging in.
Since the service became unusable and I was charged twice, I’d like to know:
- how I can request a refund
- and how to contact support during the Bank Holiday closure.
Thanks in advance for any help.

@Ohlunalane Use the EE CS hotline, see help and search customer support.

@Ohlunalane : On the EE Wifi site you'll find:
Still having trouble?

I have tried the cs number but it doesn't work on Sundays or bank holidays, I guess I will have to wait and call on Tuesday!
Alternatively, google suggests “150” but I am not an EE regular costumer, I made my account only for this connection.
Do you suggest another number?

I saw that and it took me nowhere. There was no option for the live chat and I ended up here 😞

It took you nowhere cuz it's after hours. Wait until Tues to contact them.
