I paid my bill yesterday as my direct debit got missed however a hour or so later my Internet got cut off. I can't find any live chat to speak to someone ( I have social anxiety so really struggle with phone calls) is there any way of contacting them other than phone?

@Kelz275 The switching off of your line was started before you paid your billed. It’s not flick a switch and it’s off. Once your bill has been processed as paid the line will be reconnected but again it’s not instant.
