Service went down at 5 am today and in spite of three deadlines from EE when service would be restored we are still waiting.
Very poor service and no opportunity to speak to anyone. Shame I can't tell Kevin Bacon what I think of his service.
Consequently I missed the final of the world darts. Thank you for nothing EE.
Changing my provider as soon as I can.

Welcome to the EE Community, and I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing so much trouble here.
We'll always aim to get faults with your connection fixed as soon as we can, but sometimes things can take longer than expected.
If you get back in touch with our team they should be able to give you an update on how things are going, and you can find details here on the compensation available for delayed repairs too.
