I ordered home broadband and then BT called me and gave me a better deal.
they said because they were the same company that they’d cancel my EE order.
Since then I’ve have the router delivered.
ive set up my EE account to see if it has been cancelled but because I don’t have a EE phone number I can’t log in fully.
any ideas what to do?
I have been into store and they couldn’t help.
since then I’ve ordered a sim only and haven’t received it yet. How can I get my number?

@Carluchie83 Who have you taken BB with ? Why are you taking out a phone sim only contract as that account will not help you access a BB account as they are separate accounts. No store can help you you need to call customer services on 0800 956 6000

@Carluchie83 You say you receive equipment whos equipment have you received? If that EEs equipment you need to call them to make sure this is sorted out and to return the equipment.
