I have renewed the broadband contract with EE for my elderly mother, and was supposed to get Fibre cable installed yesterday. The Openreach engineer came, said it was too difficult and left. An email was then sent from Openreach saying 'sorry we missed you, book in another slot'.
I've emailed Openreach twice but no response. How do I get this sorted?

@HermioneM you need to get back in touch with EE Customer Services. Although Openreach do the work, the activities are progressed via your internet supplier.
Get updates on your mobile, broadband or consumer electronics order.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
