hello
I've had numerous issues trying to pay my broadband bill through my online banking.
Last payment was 14th April and EE keep telling me they haven't received it.
Anyone else had issues regarding missing payments?
I've contacted through live chat which was hopeless, and phoned direct but I've heard nothing and it's still showing outstanding.
I've used the same EE bank details as before that have gone through.
my most recent bill I paid last Wednesday 6th May and even that is showing as outstanding still!
I'm getting frustrated over EE admin issues and lack of customer contact 😒

I'm sorry you are having trouble with this, and your payment isn't showing and you haven't had the help you needed when you spoke to the team.
Did they say what the next steps would be to locate the payment?
