Old Account / New account

Does anyone know when i can expect my old  EE ID account to be closed so i can transfer my mobile phone records onto my new account .

Having spoken with CS they do not seem to know either .

Ok maybe what i should of said was , is anyone else having an issue with their old EE ID accounts .
