Not receiving EE Broadband bill

Hi EE,

I'm receiving the billing email and told to log in for my bill. Once I log in, I'm asked for my billing ID or landline (neither of which I have), so I can get my bill. Could you help with this?

Hi @Mxi.

Are you able to log into your My EE Account online to see your bill?

Do you still get this same message?

@Mxi : You are being asked to set up your BB a/c under MyEE so you can access your BB bills amongst other things.

You were sent your billing A/c No. in an email Subject: "Your next steps". If you no longer retain that email, which effectively records all the details of your BB contract, you will need to call CS to set it up for you.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
