My broadband activation date is 13 Sept. I have received my Smart Hub in advance of this date.
But I will be away on holiday until the 17 Sept. Will this cause any issues? Or can I connect my Smart Hub and set up my broadband at any time after the activation date?

@mikem004 Depends on what’s has to be installed inside your home also. Ideally you or someone needs to be there.

@mikem004 providing you are using the same line, ie not upgrading from a normal line to Full Fibre, then you should be fine to connect the router when you return.. Or if you are switching from BT, you could even connect up the new router now.

I am moving from Sky to BT. Using the same line.
I am expecting it to be just a case of connecting the new router?
