Hi. We've been transferred from BT to EE as part of our new contract. That was on December 18th. The new router and disc arrived on the 20th, I set up an EE ID etc. but since then nothing. I have tried connecting the router a couple of times but it is not connecting. Something must be happening because our previous cap of 150Mb/s is now 300+ mb/s on the BT Hub2. When can I expect to receive a notification date?

@acb0256 The normal process is 4 days from BT to EE change over, the EE and BT routers work on either of the systems NO matter what.

Which model of EE router did you get, label is on the bottom, and did you also increase your FF from 150 to the 300Mb/s package? Video link below

Thanks for your reply. I decided to go back to basics and start again, i.e. plug the router in without an internet connection, and then connect. Nearly verything works, no problem and getting c.900mb/s as advertised.

The only glitch this far is Upnp not working well over WiFi. Ethernet is fine so I'll keep working on it.

@acb0256 Question is still the same, WHICH EE Router do you have, and supplied to you.... Upnp is problematic for the EE Smarthub+ and also the Pro. Will send a link if you just need to look.
