No internet and TV

I've just moved over to BT/ EE internet and tv.  The service worked fine for a couple of days but has now gone off and I cannot access the internet!  The router is orange despite turning it on and off and resetting it.  What else can I do?

Hi, thanks for replying. I have an internet and tv package with EE/BT. The router is black with BT on the front. At first it worked ok with a blue light circle permanently on it. Now its gone permanent orange despite turning it on and off.

Doesn't the router have a label on it with its exact model name? Show an image of it.

I've just had a look and it says its a smart hub 2

 

The BB has BT on the hub and the tv box that attaches to the tv has BT on it.

You're not on EE; you're on BT BB. You need to take it up with them.

What does it say after you log into the router on the Advanced Settings > Broadband > Internet page?

Obscure your names & any digits in the BB Username but post the 1st 2 parts of the (Broadband) IP address. 

Does the landline phone work? Do you get a dial tone? Does it announce your correct no. when you dial 1470 17070?
