I started with EE broadband recently and upgraded with cyber security. I never recieved any email confirming either order and I cannot activate the Norton security as it states I dont have an account and need a product key. I cannot get one as all promised emails never arrive and they are not in spam or junk files. EE are impossible to contact but good at taking my money!!!
