So spend hrs on phone and fob off with a new plug adapter for my Wi-Fi router 

waited four days for it got it plugged it in and the box still doesn’t work!

@Alan11141 The details and symptoms that a failed PSU are on postings, but if that is not what is happening then it's not that unit that has failed!
