No broadband

It has now been nearly 72 hours without broadband service, with no clear communication or updates provided. The app states the issue would be resolved by 17:12, yet it's now 23:53, and the service is still down. While I understand technical issues can arise, the complete lack of updates or notifications is unacceptable. A simple message or status update would have gone a long way in managing expectations. This level of service is disappointing

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your broadband. Have you already spoken with our team so they can look into why this is happening?

If you've not yet spoken with them then you can text 'HELP' to 66033 and they'll see what is going on, and either send you a text within 15 minutes to book an engineer, or call you back within 30 minutes.
