The signal for gaming is too poor. Can I switch to fiber optic broadband?

@Zhen0601  If it’s available in your area and you pay the difference and you might need to pay off the remaining current contract term.   You’ll need to speak with customer support to see if that possible first. 

What BB package do you have ?  Are you using WiFi or Ethernet to game over ?
