No Lanline

Why  is is that I cannot  get EE  give me a working Landline  I have lost count  of the number of complaints I have sent and  phone calls (on my mobile)   but I  am never are given a date that it will start,  they have even had the cheek to take £5.50 for a land line that I cannot use,  how long will it be before I get a landline, come back Vodaphone all  is forgiven,

Yes that was the first thing I did the problem is that cannot make outgoing calls as EE  have not yet activated my land line service   I have lost count of the number of complaints  I have made about this,  every time I phone to take to someone and I do like  like to say this but I am told a Lot of **bleep** about when my landline will be activated,  they (EE)  are suppose to phone me today

The good new is that I now have a working? Landline   (after four very frustrating days Seven days   if you include  the fact EE missed  the connection day, )    the bad news is I now have try and get my original phone number  (that I have had for Thirty years or more)      this will mean I will have sit through some really  Crappy music  while trying to sort out  my phone   number

I have found the move to EE  VERY, VERY,  exhausting    mentally   and physically     I can only assume  that I am  not the only one that gone through all of this, the odd thing is that I will be a low user  in that I make very few call and  if you exclude    the scammers  i receive very few call,  But and there is always a but  I do need a phone line just in case     all I can say is Come back  The  Post Office  Telephones  Department   (not really  as it took 18 months  to get a phone and then we had to have shard line)

@billybunt1952 You have thirty day's to get EE to change and activate your original Landline number, after that lap of the gods, or if like me gone forever never to be gotten back lost after 45 years.

@billybunt1952 As you may be on the new system now and also your mobile number is attached to the account and if it will send a text try PHONE to 66033, should prompt EE to check it all and give you a call back, also GUIDE to 66033 for a straight call back to discuss it all with them, just another way if you need it and it works.
