I've had ee broadband installed and was told if there's already a line installed I won't be charged for installing a new one. They have used the line that was already there but still charged me for fitting a new line.

What is the breakdown of your bill?
You may be charged for the remainder of this month, plus one month in advance, as monthly charges are paid a month ahead.
If you are concerned in any way, why not speak to the broadband team and see what they have to say?

I've tried phoning but keep getting they are so busy try again tomorrow. Ee seem to have a lot of problems but so little solutions.

You sure it's not a BB Set-up fee rather than New Line Fee?
