EE Community Support Team

Morning @flipsparky360uk

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you give us a call on 0800 079 8586, our broadband care team can check your order and look into sending the email to you 🙂

Leanne.

Had an engineer out yesterday and he removed my telephone line and said he can't complete it cause the cabinet isn't activated yet, so why is EE selling services that isn't available no now I can't get broadband at all without paying for a new cable which I ain't doing cause an incompetent engineer can't double check first

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker.

There's no Full Fibre (FTTP) available there at the mo'. Had you allowed the exchange to show we might have seen if there are any plans there,

EE should not be taking orders for FTTP yet.

Well they did and now because of their incompetent I can't even get any broadband cause I don't have a phone line now because of the engineer.
