I am set to go live on the 4th of December 

I ordered on the 1st  of December 

I was supposed to arrive today the 2nd but it say delay

No, you will need to take this up with CS.

What was supposed to arrive today if you don't go live until the 4th? Do you mean the router hasn't arrived?

Just to go live tomorrow and I don’t have my equipment yet I am not paying until I have my router

smart hub plus 300 

with hybrid connect 

hi I have placed an  for home broadband date on the 1st of December .

then my router was due on the 2nd for December (yesterday )but it has a delay)

dont know how long it will take 

then  I am still waiting for my router to arrive 

but I am due to go live tomorrow the 4th December 

can I use an old Ee router 

 

@JN20 : Probably! What is your old EE router.? Practically any router will work on Full Fibre (FTTP) but you may not get the expected performance.
