Netflix included in new TV package?

Hi, I’ve just swapped broadband and TV provider to EE/BT.  I was told that I’d get Netflix included in my TV package but when I try to sign in or set up a Netflix account, it takes me to the subscription site where I’d have to pay for access.

What am I doing wrong?

Not sure how long ago you posted this, but as I am aware you need the EE/BT box to be able to access your Netflix account. This is one downside with it as you do need to have another device plugged in to the mains and an HDMI socket to enable you to watch one subscription service which in your case is Netflix.
