I have been trying to pay my bill today but the app and the browser page just tell me there's a problem. Please advise

Have you been able to pay successfully via your account in the past?
This could just be a temporary outage, but if you continue to struggle I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with our team like @JimM11 mentioned.
They can help sort the payment for you, and if needs be help investigate how everything is set up with the online account too.
