I contacted an advisor to ask if they can help me in linking my EE multiple sims with BT broadband, in order to get a standard household "Together" benefit. I was informed that even their manager dont have access to make such changes. On the contrary, I was kept asking to switch on EE-one, which I dont want at the moment. Can anyone guide me regarding that linking BT broadband with EE sims? Does it exist? if yes, it is beneficial or not, please? Regards

No, it doesn't exist! They are separate systems.
