Hi all, please help prevent a divorce!
My wife works from home for the NHS and her laptop has always connected absolutely fine on our old sky broadband, but since switching to EE today, her laptop will not connect to her VPN and NHS client software etc.
She cant even access any public websites as there is no Internet connection.
The laptop is showing as connected to the WiFi and all other devices in our home are working perfectly.
She has been using this laptop for over a year without any issues on our old Sky broadband, its only done this today since we switched over.
She's had to now go round her parents, that use BT wifi and it works fine there.
Has anyone else ever had this issue with NHS laptops or other company VPN'S and found the solution?

@Ackster If your Internet is free and clear, worth sticking everything off for an hour as a JIC, you should get a new IP issued by EE server's. www.whatismyipaddress.com will show you both if you wish to have a check before/after doing so.

I've managed enough time to at least get the ipconfig info.
Also noticed when connecting via ethernet, it shows as connected, Internet access, but still wont load websites.
Also tried DMZ since and Also no difference.

@Ackster One off the mods has rejected and pulled your images, you will not get away with posting up unless you obscure some off the details wither it be mac address, ip address etc. Partial is enough to get through the system.
BT Smarthub 2 bought and connected may just solve all off the problems, that would be a quick temp work around and at least get you connected as you say working in the other home. See my wireless adapter settings all the xx are changes to obscure.. Should get through ok.
